Rick has over fifty years of experience in project engineering, construction project management, corporate management, design engineering and forensic engineering. Project engineering and design engineering background includes projects for electrical utility companies, industrial plants, petrochemical facilities, institutional concerns, and commercial and governmental facilities.
Broad forensic experience in accident investigation, equipment failure analysis, product liability, electrical fire origin and cause determination, accident reconstruction and electrical safety. Appeared as an expert witness in multiple jurisdictions in over 40 states. Particularly experienced in electrical engineering topics, electrical utility operations and maintenance, interpretation of the National Electrical Safety Code, the National Electrical Code and OSHA Safety Regulations.
