Ron has over thirty-five years of experience in electrical engineering and management including electric utility system engineering and operations management, planning, electrical engineering project design, construction project management, contract administration, contractor coordination, storm restoration, regulatory compliance, corporate and public safety, and fire origin and cause investigations. Extensive experience in utility design, construction, inspection, maintenance and operation of electrical distribution and transmission facilities. Experience includes performing system studies relating to protective equipment coordination, voltage drop, transformer loading, short circuit analysis, load flow, voltage/var optimization and conductor loading. Extensive forensic engineering experience in electrical accident investigations, accident reconstruction, equipment failure analysis, lightning damage, workplace safety, NESC work rules and OSHA safety regulations.
